SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you received the order confirmation by email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time may vary from next day delivery For UK and US to up to 10 business days depending on the country of order.

During specific holidays, potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control
could arise. Don’t worry, we will always notify you and make sure you are up to date with the latest info.

We are currently unable to deliver to the countries below:Afghanistan, Belarus, Canary Islands, Central African Republic, Congo- Brazzaville, Congo-Kinshasa, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, St. Barts, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@salvatorevignola.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
